iii) For those who completed A-Level
Studies in 2016 and later years.

i) At least four (4) ‘O’ levels pass with
D grade and above or equivalent Foreign
qualifications as certified by NECTA,
AND a GPA of at least 3.0 for Ordinary
Diploma (NTA Level 6); OR
ii) Average of C grade for Full Technician
Certificate (FTC) (where A=5, B=4,
C=3, and D=2 points); OR
iii) Foundation programme of the
Open University of Tanzania (OUT) with a
minimum GPA of 3.0; OR
iv) Any other recognized degree.
